Και κάποια ακόμα σχέδια που έγιναν κατόπιν παραγγελίας...

Δημιούργησα μια μικρή συλλογή από εικαστικές λαμπάδες για το Πάσχα του 2019.
Μπορούν να γίνουν δικές σας μέσω παραγγελίας και να σας σταλούν όπου και αν βρίσκεστε.
Φυσικά μπορώ να φτιάξω την λαμπάδα που σας αρέσει στα χρώματα που εσείς θέλετε.

Έμπνευση και δημιουργία!

Καλό σας μήνα...
Πως θα ορίζατε την έμπνευση και πως τη δημιουργία;

Μια σκιά, ένα χρώμα, μια φόρμα, η φευγαλέα ματιά του περαστικού, το σπίτι στην άκρη του δρόμου, το ξημέρωμα, το φεγγάρι, η βοή της πόλης...
Οτιδήποτε μπορεί να αποτελέσει το έναυσμα για δημιουργία.

Αρκεί μόνο μια στιγμή, ένα κλάσμα του δευτερολέπτου και η έμπνευση είναι εκεί, καρφωμένη μέσα σου, έτοιμη να αναπτυχθεί.

Και μετά;
Μετά αρχίζει ο δύσκολος, επίπονος αλλά άκρως γοητευτικός δρόμος της δημιουργίας και της υλοποίησης μαζί με όλη τη "λάντζα" που φέρνει αυτός.
Τι να την κάνεις την έμπνευση αν μείνει κλεισμένη σε αυτό το δευτερόλεπτο;
Ίσως και να είναι υπερεκτιμημένη.
Τίποτα δεν κερδήθηκε χωρίς δουλειά, τίποτα δεν δημιουργήθηκε μέσα σε μια στιγμή.
Κοινοτοπία και το ξέρω!

Βούτηξε τα χέρια σου στο χρώμα, ξέχασε τον τόπο και το χρόνο, άφησε το όνειρο να σε παρασύρει, αλλά ταυτόχρονα θυμήσου να κρατάς τα πόδια σου σταθερά στη γη....

Small abstract studies

Όπως βλέπετε συνεχίζω... μου μπήκε το μικρόβιο και δε λέει να ξεκολλήσει!!
Έβαλα μουσική, και πιο συγκεκριμένα τη "Φαντασία" του Ντίσνεϊ, πήρα φαρδιά πινέλα και ακρυλικά, αφέθηκα να με παρασύρουν οι ρυθμοί.
Στη συνέχεια αναζήτησα μικρές συνθέσεις μέσα στην αρχική σύνθεση που ελπίζω να γίνουν και μεγάλες (τουλάχιστον κάποιες από αυτές).

After the 30 days challenge I continue to work towards the abstract research. I painted with some music, big brushes and acrylics. Then I chose smaller compositions within the initial one.

"Going.... nowhere!!"

Yes!!!!! I did it.... I can't believe it!
Exhausted but I dit it!!!
The last two paintings I wanted to paint them together in order to create some kind of diptych,
while they stand as two defferent paintings on their own.
I used acrylics and Art stix.

It was a great journey, thanks to Leslie Saeta...
I learned a lot, I played, I was happy and I tried new things. Can I ask for more?? Of course not....
I need a little break now, but there are a lot of other things that I want to share with you, so keep in touch....
And thank you very very much to follow me on this challenge!!

"The map"
This morning I had no idea what to paint (once more) so I started drawing lines with wax and watercolors...
Then I dropped some ink, added color touches with soft pastels and finished the painting with white acrylic paint and lines again.

"Upside down"
Earlier this morning as I was looking to some notes for my courses I discovered a sketch of an hybiscus in a bottle... I decided to paint that for today. The title is because I turned the sketch upside down...
Wax, watercolors and soft pastels, I love this technique, as well as the painting knife that I used a lot on this project.

"Cityscape"
This painting is inspired from the view of my window.
Night scene I think, painted with wax, watercolors and soft pastels.
It is really very deliberated not to have any subject in mind, just seek the inspiration of the day.

Abstracting the human figure it's a rather difficult procedure...
I tried here to capture the feeling of a woman lost in her thοughts.

Day 15 is actually half way through the project!!! Wow!!
I have already learned a lot of things....
I'll write all of my thoughts and conclusions about my journey through abstracts in the last day, so be patient and stay tuned!!

"The rose"
Yesterday I was fascinated, today I was frustraded... That's the "life of an artsit".....
As I was looking for my subject I felt that the series story narrows my possibilities...
I was very srtessed, I coudn't finf anything to please me so I painted the center of a rose.
Easy subject, I thougt, but guess what.... It wasn't... mostly because I wasn;t painting it from my heart!!!
So I covered everything with white acrylic and then I took my painting knive at hand.....
et voila!!!!
Decided to stop the series and paint whatever each day brings to mind and heart... whether is from my sketchbook, from nature or from my dreams...!!

Abstracting nature 2 • "The path"
Very simple technique for today, just art stix (of Prismacolor) and some indian ink...
It's really amazing how it turned out this one, I coudn't beleive it myself.
I started looking for patterns in the tree tronc and then I just followed my imagination.
Day 12 and I'm facsinated by this project!!
